Install:
Install Quasar for Windows along with postgresql:
#. Select the below link and download Quasar for windows:
https://epos.sale/6.1/Windows/quasar-6.1.0-x86_64.exe
Note: IF a warning appears, select “Download anyway”
#. Once you download, double click to open the Quasar Installer.
#. If a warning appears “Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?” select Yes
#. Read and accept the terms and select Next
#. Select “Install Postgresql” and “Create a Desktop Icon” followed by “Next”
#Select “Install” and complete the install wizard
Important Note
: If the system “forced restart”, please run the installer again, a slight bug in some windows installations.
Open Quasar with Sample Company:
#.. In the start menu search and open Quasar to bring up the Quasar Wizard
#. Select “Next” on the welcome screen.
#. Select “Next” on the Locale selection
#. Select “Open Existing Company” then Next
#. On the server IP address request, leave blank then “Next”
#. On the company selection screen Select:
Company: Sample Company
Username: admin
Password: admin
Select “Next” to continue
# On the Store, Station and staff select by pressing F9 or right clicking and selecting Lookup:
Store: Main Store
Station: Office
Employee: Bowman, Bill
Select “Next” to continue
#. Select “Save Settings” then Next to open quasar
